Refined Geometry: Enhancing tapered sections and utilizing a larger radius inherently adds strength to the shape of the OSX handlebar.

Variable Butting: Adjusting the wall thickness at different points allows us to enhance strength where needed while keeping the weight down in less critical areas. The OSX incorporates 7 different butting locations.
