Description :
The Santa Cruz V10 8 CC MX DH S is a high-performance downhill racing machine built for speed, control, and big hits. Its Carbon CC frame delivers strength and stiffness while keeping weight in check. With 208 mm of rear travel via Santa Cruz’s VPP™ suspension, this downhill bike absorbs massive impacts and stays composed on the roughest terrain. The MX wheel configuration (29″ front, 27.5″ rear) offers a balance of rollover capability at the front and agility at the back.
Geometry is fully tunable thanks to flip‑chips: the lower link allows three settings (+ / 0 / –) for bottom bracket height and head angle, while the rear axle chip lets you adjust fore-aft weight balance. Also, reach-adjust headset cups provide further customization. The fork is a Fox 40 Float Performance 203 mm, giving you the big-dish performance you need for aggressive descents. The rear shock is a Fox DHX2 Performance Elite coil, tuned for downhill abuse.
For the drivetrain, it uses SRAM GX DH 7-speed, paired with a SRAM Descendant DH crankset (165 mm, 36T) and a E13 LG1+ chain guide to keep the chain secure under big hits. Braking is handled by SRAM Code Bronze Stealth for reliable stopping power on steep terrain. The cockpit includes a OneUp aluminum bar (800 mm) and OneUp Direct Mount stem, with RaceFace Chester 31.6 mm seatpost and a Fizik Alpaca Gravita X5 saddle for control and durability.
Whether you're ripping World Cup tracks or throwing down laps at your local bike park, the V10 8 CC MX DH S is engineered to deliver race-level performance every ride.
