International Shipping
For international orders placed through skibikelab.com, we rely on UPS or FedEx for shipping. We can ship your order internationally, pending customs restrictions on the items you've ordered. Following the shipment of your skibikelab.comorder, any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional shipping fees become your responsibility.
All orders bound for the United States incur a flat rate of $50.00 CAD.

Tracking

However, the ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. Please be aware that, as part of our sustainability efforts, we reuse and recycle shipping boxes whenever feasible. Consequently, your order may arrive in a previously used box, such as one originally meant for ski helmets might be repurposed for a jacket or other items.
