Canadian Shipping

• Orders up to $250: $25 flat-rate shipping
• Orders exceeding $250: Free shipping

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to the United States. All shipments to the U.S. are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Tracking

Upon availability, you will receive a tracking number for your order, along with details about the specific carrier responsible for its delivery. Please note that tracking numbers may sometimes take a while to activate. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Damages

Once your order departs from our store, skibikelab.com assumes no liability for any lost or damaged shipments. In case your order is lost or damaged, we will make every effort to assist you. However, the ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. Please be aware that, as part of our sustainability efforts, we reuse and recycle shipping boxes whenever feasible. Consequently, your order may arrive in a previously used box (for example, a ski helmet box may be repurposed for a jacket or other items).
